Member for Flintshire (Mr. SAMUEL SMITH), I beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board whether the Commission appointed to inquire into the Poor Law Schools has presented its Report; and, if so, when it will be in the hands of Members?
MR. CURZONThe Report of the Committee referred to has been received by the Local Government Board, and will at once be presented to the House. I am unable to state what time will be required for the printing of the Report, but I know of no reason why the copies should not be in the hands of the Members very shortly.
