§ MR. BRODRICKFormerly a steam launch was attached to Woolwich Arsenal for the purpose of conveying stores on the Thames; and it is now proposed to replace this vessel, and to increase the transport establishment at Woolwich Arsenal by four or five lighters. It is not otherwise proposed to make any alteration in existing arrangements.
