§ MR. RENSHAWI beg to ask the Lord Advocate, whether, with a view to assist in the consideration of the Public Health, (Scotland) Bill, the Government will now introduce the Public Health (Scotland) Consolidation Bill?
§ * THE LORD ADVOCATEIt is proposed to introduce the Consolidation Bill in another place this afternoon. I may add that the subsequent procedure with the Bills will be such as is most likely to secure the amendment and consolidation of the law during the present Session.
