On the motion for leave to bring in the Army Annual Bill, Dr. TANNER objected.

Ordered, That leave be given to bring in a Bill to provide, during Twelve Months, for the Discipline and Regulation of the Army; and that Mr. Brodrick, Mr. Goschen, and Mr. Powell-Williams do prepare and bring it in; Bill presented accordingly, and read the first time; to be read a second time this day, and to be printed.—[Bill 149.]
