§ MR. WEIRI beg to ask the Lord Advocate, whether his attention has been directed to the statement in the last Report of the Fishery Board for Scotland that, in the interest of the fishing industry in Scotland, it is of urgent necessity that the Legislature should take immediate action with a view to provide, if possible, an adequate supply of mussels being cultivated in Scotch waters; and, if he will state whether any, and, if so, what steps have been taken in the matter?
§ THE LORD ADVOCATEI can find no such statement as is quoted in the Question in the last Report of the Fishery Board; but I may remind the hon. Member that legislation dealing with Mussel Culture was passed last year.
