FARRELL (Cavan, W.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, if he is aware that in some Irish Lunatic Asylum Boards there are gentlemen representing contributory counties in which they have neither property, residence, or interest, to the exclusion of residents of such contributory areas; and, will he take steps at next annual selection of Lunatic Asylums Boards in Ireland to cause the removal of such persons?
