MR. GIBSON BOWLES (Lynn Regis)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether Her Majesty's Government will undertake to submit the Votes of the Army Estimates to the House in such order as will insure the consideration, at an early period, of Vote 14, which includes the proposed extra allowance of £1,800 to H. R. H. the Duke of Cambridge, and as will prevent this from being one of the Votes likely to be left for summary disposal without Debate, on the nineteenth and twentieth of the days allotted to Supply?
§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURY (Mr. A. J. BALFOUR,E.) Manchester,We will make it a point to bring on the Vote at a time that will be convenient to the House.
