FIELDI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, whether any steps are being taken to provide suitable buildings for the Royal College of Science and Art, Dublin, and to extend and promote technical training and education in Ireland up to the industrial and scientific requirements of the present day.
