On the order for the Third Reading of this Bill,

MR. W. FIELD (Dublin, St. Patrick),

who had a Notice on the Paper that the Bill he read a third time upon this day six months, rose, and said, ''I move."

MR. SPEAKER

The hon. Member proposes to oppose, as I understand, the Third Reading.

MR. FIELD

Yes, Sir.

MR. SPEAKER

If the hon. Member moves now he will be precluded from speaking when it comes on again. If the hon. Member objects that is enough.

MR. FIELD

I object.

MR. SPEAKER

Then it stands over.
