§ MR. J. P. FARRELLI beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury if he is aware of the circumstances attending the dismissal of Mr. Andrew D. Murray, of Her Majesty's Customs, who, after 15 years' service in several public departments, was dismissed without pension or other reward; and, will he consider this man's case with a view to his reinstatement in his office, under the Treasury Minute of 27th August 1889?
