§ LORD GEORGE HAMILTONAs regards the Report of the Committee on the Military Works and Public Works Departments, no expression of opinion on it has been received from the Government of India, nor has it been considered by the Secretary of State in Council. Until this has been done, I cannot undertake to say whether it can be laid on the Table.
