§ MR. GERALD BALFOURsaid he could not answer the first part of the Question, and he thought it would be unwise to answer the second part pending the introduction of the Bill.
§ MR. DILLONasked if the Irish Members would have any opportunity of expressing an opinion upon how the money was to be disposed of before the Bill was drafted.
