§ MR. CHAPLINI am sorry that I am not in a position to reply to the Question of the hon. Member, which only appeared on the Paper this morning; and he will remember that the scope of the Inquiry has been sensibly altered since the statement he refers to was made on the 20th April. I hope, however, at no distant date to give to the House full information on the subject.
