On the Order for the Third Reading of this Bill,

was speaking with reference to an Amendment which he understood was to be moved by the hon. Member for Caithness, when, it being half-past Five of the clock, Mr. SPEAKER proceeded to interrupt the Business:—

Whereupon,

MR. BARTLEY rose in his place, and claimed to move, "That the Question be now put:"—

Question, "That the Question, be now put," put, and agreed to.

Question, "That the Bill be now read the Third time," put accordingly, and agreed to.

Bill read the Third time, and passed.
