HC Deb 16 June 1896 vol 41 c1164
SIR GEORGE TREVELYAN (Glasgow, Bridgeton)

I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury, with regard to the Agricultural Land Rating Bill for Scotland, whether, in view of the importance that its provisions should be duly considered in Scotland and of the short time which now remains for such consideration, he will agree that the Bill should be introduced to the House forthwith?

THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURY (Mr. A. J. BALFOUR,) Manchester, E.

I will consider the matter as laid before me by the right hon. Gentleman, and give him an answer in a few days.
