§ DR. FARQUHARSON (Aberdeenshire, W.)asked whether the right hon. Gentleman had received a communication from the Scottish Chamber of Agriculture asking him to place upon the Commission some practical Scotchman familiar with the subject.
§ MR. CHAPLINsaid he had received such a communication, but he had no doubt that the Scottish Chamber would find that they had no reason to be dissatisfied with the composition of the Commission.
