§ * MR. F. A. CHANNING (Northamptonshire, E.)
asked the First Lord of the Treasury, in reference to the notice which had reappeared on the Paper to-day of a 426 Bill to amend the law relating to agricultural holdings, whether the House was to infer from the appearance of that notice that Her Majesty's Government intended to introduce the Bill and proceed with it during the present Session?
§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURY
replied that his attention was first called to the notice by the hon. Member's Question. He did not think there was any chance of the Bill being proceeded with.
