§ MR. HANBURYThe hon. Member is under a misapprehension in supposing that any promise was made in the answer given on the 5th June to improve the Clones, Cavan and Belturbet mid-day mail service. On the contrary, it was stated that the existing arrangement of trains did not admit of a better day mail service and that the establishment of special trains would not be justified.
