TULLYI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury, whether He is prepared to recommend that the approaching celebration of the reign of Her Majesty the Queen as the longest in English history should be signalised by the granting of amnesty to all the prisoners confined in prisons in Ireland for agrarian and treason-felony offences arising out of the agrarian troubles in that country during the last fifteen years?
