GRIEFITH-BOSCAWEN (Kent, Tunbridge)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies, whether all the territories north of British Bechuanaland declared by Proclamation of the Crown or by Order in Council to be made under the protection of the British Crown, although not annexed by Proclamation or Order in Council or Act of the Imperial or Colonial Legislature, are included in and form part of the dominions of the Crown?
