TULLYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, whether he is prepared to recommend to His Excellency that the approaching celebration of the reign of Her Majesty the Queen as the longest in English history should be signalised by the granting of amnesty to all the 699 prisoners confined in prisons in Ireland for agrarian and offences arising out of the agrarian troubles in that country during the last fifteen years?
