§ Mr. CLANCYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, whether, in addition to the correspondence mentioned in the Report of the Board of National Education for Ireland, between that body and the Treasury, on the subject of the Irish School Grant, there are any other letters or documents relating to that matter which have passed between the Board and the Treasury: and whether he would have any objection to lay upon the Table a complete copy of the correspondence?
§ MR. GERALD BALFOURI have already stated that the correspondence on this subject is of a Departmental and Confidential character, and that I cannot consent, to lay it on the Table of the House.
