ENGLEDOWI beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, if he will consider the necessity of establishing a district, post office at Kellerig, County Carlow, as much risk and inconvenience is now experienced by a large number of people owing to the present unsatisfactory postal arrangements for that district.
