ENGLEDOW (Kildare, N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, will he explain for what purpose and under what terms does a man called Hanley hold possession of the house and premises erected on the land enclosed at the Curragh Camp some years ago for the purposes of a sewage farm; and, whether it is in accordance with the provisions of the Curragh Act that portions of the commonage are enclosed and allowed to be occupied by private persons?
