FARRELL (Cavan, W.)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether the necessary preliminaries for the capitalisation of the funds of the Cavan and Leitrim Light Railway are yet completed; and, if so, when the cesspayers may expect to derive benefit from the Act passed last year to capitalise the respective shares of Cavan and Leitrim, so as to reduce the poundage levied in these counties at present.
