§ DR. TANNERsaid he would like to call attention to the fact that on the previous night the Closure was moved by the hon. Member for the western division of Cumberland (Mr. Hubert Duncombe), a Motion which was not allowed, but there was no entry of it in the journals of the House. He called attention to the error so that it might be rectified.
