I beg to ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what amount of annuity of 4 per cent. charged to tenant purchasers under the Land Purchase Acts (Ireland) is put down to the Sinking Fund, and what amount to interest?

Under the Ashbourne Act of 1885, interest was taken at £3 5s., and Sinking Fund at 15s.—£4; under the Balfour Act of 1891, interest was taken at £2 15s., county percentage at 5s., and Sinking Fund at £1—£4.
