§ MR. CAREWI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether a patent is about to be granted for the holding annually of a horse fair at Spancelhill, Ennis; and, if so, to whom; and, whether he is aware that a fair has been held at Spancelhill hitherto without any patent?
§ MR. GERALD BALFOURA horse fair is now held at Spancelhill under a 1113 patent granted by James I., and no application for a new patent for a horse fair has been received.
