§ MR. VESEY KNOX (Londonderry)said that, on behalf of his hon. Friend 1100 the Member for North Louth (Mr. T. M. HEALY), he begged to say that some difficulty had been felt as to the terms of the Instruction standing in his name, and his hon. Friend was anxious to move the Instruction in a form which might meet with the consent of all parties. He would, therefore, put another Notice of Motion on the Paper for Monday next.
