MR. CURZONHer Majesty's Government will be prepared to present claims of British subjects for the loss of promissory notes and bills of exchange during the recent disturbances in Asia Minor, if they can be shown to be well-authenticated claims, and of a character for which the Turkish Government can properly be held liable.
