§ MR. HANBURYThe Hackney Carriage Licence Duty of 15s. is payable in respect of every tramcar used for the conveyance of passengers, but I do not understand what the £2 2s. duty is to which the hon. Member refers. Perhaps he will oblige me with more information on this point.
