HC Deb 03 July 1896 vol 42 cc647-8
MR. W. F. D. SMITH (Strand, Westminster)

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he can now state if any fresh arrangements have been made to facilitate the hearing of appeals in the County of London Sessions Court?

THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE HOME DEPARTMENT (Sir MATTHEW WHITE RIDLEY,) Lancashire, Blackpool

I am still in communication with the justices on this matter which I understand will be brought before them for consideration on the next county day, towards the end of the present month.
