§ SIR MATTHEW WHITE RIDLEYI am informed that the final Report of the Commission is now under their consideration, but I am not in a position to say more than that I hope to be able to present it to Her Majesty shortly.

§ SIR MATTHEW WHITE RIDLEYI believe the President of the Local Government Board has communicated with the Chairman of the Commission, and has informed him there is a great desire that this Report should be presented.
