§ THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF TRADE (Mr. C. T. RITCHIE,), Croydonin reply to Mr. David Thomas 1399 (Merthyr Tydvil) said, with regard to the arbitrators, the charge was entirely owing to the inquiries held, in the east and west districts of South Wales, into the colliery accident.
§ MR. H. H. ASQUITH (Fife, E.)approved of the expenditure. The result was settled rules for the whole district.
