§ MR. J. C. BIGHAM (Liverpool, Exchange), in moving the Second Reading of this Bill, said, the Measure was one to extend the jurisdiction of the Court of Passage of Liverpool. It was introduced in the last Parliament, and he understood that now there was no opposition to it.
