McCARTAN (Down, S.)I beg ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies—(1) whether he is aware that Mr. George Trafford, who is now over sixty years of age, has been for upwards of twenty-nine years Chief Justice of St. Vincent, West Indies; (2) whether he is now entitled to his full pension; and, (3) whether he will make inquiry as to the general complaints made by suitors and by members of the Bar as to the necessity for relieving him from his position of responsibility?
