Healy, Mr. Kearley, Mr. Luttrell, Sir Herbert Maxwell, Colonel Wyndham Murray, Captain Norton, Commander Philpotts, Lord Edmund Talbot, Viscount Valentia, Mr. Powell-Williams, and Mr. Woodall.
