§ MR. HANBURYThe hon. Member is, I believe, aware that authority was given, in accordance with the late Postmaster General's promise, for establishing a post office at Finnor. But the authority was cancelled from the inability of the Department to secure the services of a competent postmaster at the ordinary rate of payment.
