P. Lawrie, an Assistant Commissioner; and (2) if, with a view to the withdrawal of the Report if it should prove to be inaccurate, he will cause an independent Inquiry to be held as to the nature and extent of the investigations made by the Assistant Commissioner as the basis of his Report?
