I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, in what cases, if any, he has acted on Sub-section (6) of Section 40 of the Factories and Workshops Act, 1895, by which he is able to apply the "Particulars Clause" to any class of non-textile factories or any class of workshops?
