I beg to ask the First Lord of the Admiralty whether, in View of the projected increase of the Navy, he will consider the advisability of establishing a training ship in the harbour of Kingstown?

was understood to say that no provision would be made in the Estimates for the establishment of a training ship in Kingstown Harbour.
