HC Deb 13 February 1896 vol 37 c233
MR. J. CARVELL WILLIAMS (Notts,) Mansfield

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether the correspondence of the Home Office with the Burial Boards of Weston-super-Mare, Soham, and Uxbridge, relative to their illegal tables of fees and charges, which in August last was stated to be in progress, has resulted in a satisfactory revision of such fees and charges?

THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE HOME DEPARTMENT (Sir MATTHEW WHITE RIDLEY,) Lancashire, Blackpool

In each of the cases mentioned by the hon. Member, a satisfactory table of fees has now been settled and received my approval.
