§ MR. GERALD BALFOURThe intention of the Government to establish a Board of Agriculture in Ireland has already been announced in the Queen's Speech. Without expressing any definite opinion whether the proposed Board should be a Board of Industry as well as of Agriculture, the Government at present regard such a suggestion as being open to question.
