RENTOUL), I beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board whether, seeing the formation of a conjoint Examining Board for Sanitary Inspectors has been under the consideration of the Local Government Board since 1892, he is now prepared to say when effect will be given to the recommendations of the Committee appointed by his predecessor?
