§ MR. T. W. RUSSELLConsiderable progress has been made with the Annual Report, and a large portion of it is in type. The Report will be issued at as early a date as possible. It may be 395 mentioned that part of the information furnished in the Report cannot be obtained until some time after the expiration of the year for which the Report is made. For instance, the final statement as to the local taxation account for the year ending 31st March is not obtainable until the month of June.
