§ THE ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR IRELAND (Mr. J. ATKINSON,) Londonderry, S.I have carefully examined the report of what took place at Presentment Sessions, and am of opinion that however suspicious the transaction may have been, there is no evidence available to sustain a prosecution against Dooling for perjury or fraud.
