§ MR. THOMAS BAYLEY (Derbyshire, Chesterfield)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, seeing that the Royal Commission on Vaccination has been sitting over six years, he can hold out any hopes that they will be able to publish the result of their investigations in time for the Report to be laid before the House by the end of the present Session?
§ THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE HOME DEPARTMENT (Sir MATTHEW WHITE RIDLEY,) Lancashire, BlackpoolThe Commissioners hope to be able to submit their Report to Her Majesty in time for its presentation to Parliament before the close of the Session. If, however, they are unable to do so, the Report will be, by Her Majesty's permission, presented in dummy with a view to its being circulated to Members during the Recess. In either case, it will be, I hope, in the hands of Members within the next four or five weeks.
