§ SIR MATTHEW WHITE RIDLEYAs regards the first paragraph of the Question, I can only repeat the information which I have already given to the hon. Member, that my predecessor, as the result of the inquiries which he made, satisfied himself that the matter was not one that could be dealt with in the Factory and Workshops Bill. I do not see my way to proposing legislation in the matter.
