GERALD BALFOURThe Irish Government have received from the Commissioners a statement in relation to the Education Fee Grant since the recent discussion in the House on that question, and this statement being in the nature of a confidential document, the, Government cannot undertake to lay it upon the Table.
§ MR. KNOXWith regard to the last part of the Question on the Paper, I beg to ask the right hon. Gentleman whether he will consent to a Return including this statement?
