Ordered, That the Order [6th March] that all Petitions against the Bill presented Seven clear days before the meeting of the Committee be referred to the Committee; that the Petitioners praying to be heard by themselves, their counsel, or agents, be heard against the Bill, and counsel heard in support of the Bill, be suspended in the case of the Petition of Arthur Mussen and Robert Cooper Parke against the Belfast Corporation Bill, and that the said Petition be referred to the Select Committee or the said Bill, and that the Petitioner maybe heard by themselves, their counsel, or agents, and witnesses, against the said Bill.—(Mr. Knox).
